Since the time of its inception, quantum theory has achieved astounding success. Till date there is no experiment which contradicts quantum theory. Its stands as a strong contender for the most successful theory. Despite this success, there is a deep dissatisfaction on the issue of interpretation. The unitary evolution of the state in quantum mechanics leads to fantastic consequences, like the many worlds picture. There have been radical attempts to modify quantum mechanics, but none so far seems satisfactory. Quantum theory also appears to contain "spooky action at a distance", which remains an unresolved issue at present. Quantum mechanics in accelerated frames, the equivalence principle in quantum mechanics in particular, are poorly understood. Meanwhile quantum theory has made further leaps by throwing open the possiblity of quantum computation. Thus, there are fresh challenges to meet apart from the philosophical issues of interpretation. This meeting is aimed at reviewing these issues of quantum theory, and also discussing the fresh challenges coming up. It will focus on the following topics:

1. EPR Paradox and Bell's inequality
2. Quantum information and computation
3. Quantum teleportation
4. Decoherence
5. Quantum mechanics in accelerated frames
6. Quantum nonlocality
